The available courier options for your order will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
- Jabodetabek: 1-3 business days
- Java: 2-5 business days
- Bali & Sumatra: 3-7 business days
- Kalimantan, Sulawesi & Other Islands: 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, and public holidays.
3. Pre-Order Shipping
For items on pre-order, shipping will take longer than regular orders. The estimated delivery time for pre-order items will be stated on the respective product page. Please review the pre-order timeline before purchasing.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

- Romelle is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

- For damaged items, kindly provide photos and videos as proof to assist with the claims process.
